What if I can't find the image online?
Phone or email AP with details of your request and its end use. We will get back to you with a selection.
Can I download high-res images?
Not at the moment. But we will be bringing in instant download in the near future.
What file size do you provide?
You tell us the resolution and size of the image you want to print and we will supply the correct filesize.
Are model releases needed for the animals?
We have written permission to use most of the images. However it is our policy not to use the images in any way which would bring the dogs or their owners into disrepute. We always look at the context in which the images are used.
How can I get an image without a watermark?
If you register with us you can view and download low res images with no watermark.
How do I create a lightbox?
When you have registered you will be able to use the lightbox feature and your lightbox will appear at the bottom of the page.
